Terms and public offer.
Last updated: 11 September 2026
These terms describe how messaging automation setups are ordered, delivered and paid for. Sending an enquiry or accepting a written quote means accepting these terms.
1. Who provides the service
Nurym Auyezkhan, Autónomo (sole trader / empresario individual), NIF Z3269028C, Spain
Email: nurymauyezhkhan@icloud.com. Enquiries: aye3xan@gmail.com, WhatsApp +34 695 199 947.
The service is provided by an independent sole trader, not by a company, and not by Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or ManyChat.
2. What is offered
Design, setup and testing of automated messaging flows inside the client's own Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger or Telegram accounts, and optionally a single focused landing page.
The service is a one-off setup, not software, not a subscription and not a licence. No exclusive rights, guaranteed placements or marketing results are sold.
3. Public offer and how an order is formed
This page and the prices shown on the website are an invitation to agree, not an automatic contract. A binding agreement is formed when scope, price and delivery time are confirmed in writing (email, WhatsApp or another messaging channel) by both sides.
Written confirmation from either side, including a message saying the quote is accepted, counts as acceptance of these terms.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in euro (EUR). One automation flow from €120 to €180; automation with a landing page from €220 to €320; a more complex setup from €350. The exact price is fixed in the written quote before work starts.
Unless agreed otherwise, 50% is paid before work starts and 50% on delivery. Payment by bank transfer.
Prices cover setup work only. Subscriptions to messaging or automation platforms, per-message platform fees, domains, hosting and paid third-party tools are paid separately by the client, and are shown before anything is connected.
Taxes are handled according to Spanish rules applicable to the provider. Where reverse charge applies to a business client in another EU country, the invoice states it.
Discounts, including a first-order discount, apply only to the setup price of the first flow, cannot be combined with other discounts and must be mentioned before the quote is confirmed.
5. Delivery times
Indicative delivery times are 2–3, 3–5 or 5–7 working days depending on the option, counted from the moment payment and all required access, texts and materials have been received.
Delays caused by missing access, missing content, platform review times or platform outages extend the delivery time by the same period.
6. Client responsibilities
The client provides accurate business information, owns or is authorised to use the accounts involved, and grants the administrative access needed for the setup.
The client is responsible for the lawfulness of the content sent to its customers, including prices, promises, promotional messages and consent for follow-up messages.
7. Ownership and access
All accounts, pages, numbers, contacts and conversations remain the property of the client. Flows are built inside the client's own accounts.
Administrative access granted for the build can be removed by the client at any time. After delivery, access is removed on request.
8. Adjustments, revisions and support
Seven calendar days of adjustments after launch are included: fixing errors and refining wording or logic within the agreed scope.
New flows, new channels, redesigns or extra business logic are separate work, quoted separately.
9. Cancellation and refunds
The client may cancel before work starts and receive a full refund of any prepayment.
If the client cancels after work has started, the part already completed is charged and the remainder is refunded.
If the setup cannot be delivered for reasons on the provider's side, any amount paid for undelivered work is refunded in full.
Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal for services bought at a distance. Where the client asks for work to begin during that period, the withdrawal right ends once the service is fully performed, and work already performed is payable.
10. Third-party platforms and limitations
Messaging and automation platforms set their own rules, message windows, approval processes, pricing and outages. Functionality that a platform does not permit is not promised, and platform rule changes are outside the provider's control.
The provider is independent from and not endorsed by Meta Platforms, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram or ManyChat.
11. Liability
No specific commercial result, revenue, number of enquiries or conversion rate is guaranteed.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the setup in question. There is no liability for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, or for damage caused by platform outages, account restrictions or client changes made after handover.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including in cases of fraud or gross negligence.
12. Confidentiality
Business information shared for the setup is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties, except where required to run the agreed tools or by law.
13. Complaints, law and jurisdiction
Complaints can be sent to nurymauyezhkhan@icloud.com and receive a reply within 14 days.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. Disputes are handled by the competent courts; consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
